Welcome to Cirkitre. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cirkitre mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Cirkitre LLC (“Cirkitre”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Cirkitre is a community-driven outage reporting platform that enables users to create, view, and interact with reported outages in their area. You must be at least 17 years old to use this App.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using local login or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. User Conduct

By using Cirkitre, you agree that you will not:

• Submit false or misleading outage reports
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit data, photos, or comments related to outages (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content but grant Cirkitre a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content within the App.

Cirkitre is not responsible for the accuracy, integrity, or legality of any User Content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Cirkitre may offer optional subscription tiers with added features. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. You may cancel subscriptions through the platform where you subscribed (App Store or Google Play).

6. Location Services

Real-time location access is required for outage reporting and proximity-based features. By using the App, you consent to the use of your device’s location in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, and intellectual property associated with Cirkitre (excluding User Content) are the property of Cirkitre LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or other misconduct, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Cirkitre makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the service or any User Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirkitre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including reliance on user-submitted outage information.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cirkitre LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
